The City of Wetumpka will accept applications for employment for clerical/administrative, labor, and law enforcement positions on an on-going basis. When a position becomes open, applications that have been submitted for consideration will be reviewed with the top three (3) qualified individuals interviewed. An applicant tentatively selected for a position will be contingent upon a negative drug and alcohol test. Some positions will require a background investigation, a driving record check, testing or examinations, and/or determination that the individual can be bonded.

Applications are available at the City Clerk's office at the Wetumpka City Hall, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
